I am currently back in Indiana, studying English Education at Purdue University, far from the home I've come to know and love in Victoria, Australia

Amazedness

On Thursday, I made a new friend. So maybe that's not so amazing, but see if you think this is:
1. She's 16
2. She's a Christian
3. She lives directly behind us
4. She and her mom (Claire) and grandma (Rosa) moved into their house the same exact day that we got to Australia and moved into OUR new house! :-O

Yep, I'm pretty excited. We had them over for dinner on Thursday and had a grand time just chatting, eating, and playing fast Scrabble. We decided we should have a game night sometime. Hehe, sounds kinda nerdy, but it should be fabulous fun!

(This makes me think SO MUCH of old GCA days...driving with Allen. It also makes me think of Covie last year 'cause we listened to TMBG most of the way there. I miss our old mini-van and the good times we kids had in it.)
