*My eyebrows are several shades darker than my hair (they always have been). *On ECHO, I chipped my front tooth by taking a price tag off of Mary Ray's sunglasses with my teeth. (I'll know why you're staring at my teeth next time you see me! hehe!) *I love watching country music videos. *The first movie I cried during was "Pinnochio" (the version with Jonathan Tayler Thomas--the Jr. High gi'rl heart-throb!). *I played with Barbies until age 12. *My eylashes are blon'de at the top and get darker at the ends (Allen's are like that too, I noted once). *The summer after seventh grade, I tried out for the Jr. High cheerleading squad, made it, and later that summer called the coach and quit (before it even really started). *When I forgot my notebook for a class, I used loose leaf paper then later glued the pages into my class notebook with rubber cement. *I've been to Conceco Fieldhouse three times in my life. The first time I sat a few rows from the top. The second, I sat in the very front row. The third (last night) I sat in the very top row. *I've only been out of the country twice - to Canada both times. (And that barely counts) *I've walked through 2 casinos in Las Vegas. (It is illegal for a minor to stop when walking through one, though.) *I've been to COFAMIKOI or International Conference every year of my life, except when my dad was in presbytery. *I once made a birthday cake for my dog. *In my first Christian school, my family made up 1/5 of the entire student body (there were five of us attending. Do the math.) *When I was younger, I ate many things in my yard, including dirt, "pickle-flowers", weeds, onion grass, and honey-suckles. *I was the youngest one in my family to learn how to properly hold my spoon. (It's a spoon, not a shovel!) *My siblins and I used to make up songs about everything--from Jack-O-Lanterns to Short-Cuts, and everything inbetween. *My siblings and I would make for hours outside on days our grandparents were coming to visit. We sat on our little wall in our front yard, sang songs, played insturments, and held up signs that said "Honk! Grandma and Grandpa are coming!" *When I was around 9-11, my reading lists consisted of dozens of Boxcar Children books, the Babysitters Club, Mary-Kate and Ashley "mysteries", and Elsie Dinsmore. *When I was three years old, I was so terrified of the movie "E.T." that when my family watched it, I would hide in my closet and not come out. As the story goes, I was even to scared to come out to go to the bathroom...so I got a little wet. Hehe. *In our church in Evansville, I used to play "Saber-tooth Tiger" with all the little boys in my church. (Guess who was the saber-tooth tiger?) Well, I think I'm done for now. That was a lot of fun. I love mentally going back through memories. I almost wish I was still really little. :-) Quote of the post: "I wish I could be nine forever." --Annie Sturm Verse of the post: "O LORD, You have searched me and known me. You know my sitting down and my rising up; You understand my thought afar off. You comprehend my path and my lying down, And are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue, But behold, O LORD, You know it altogether." --Psalm 139:1-4 Song of the post: "Streets of Heaven" --Sherri Austine Charity | 7:45 am Comments-[ comments.] |
