Wow, I started my blog on October 18, 2003. That's almost exactly two years ago. The first day I had my blog, I posted SEVEN times! I was going through some of my old posts and they are HILARIOUS! I was so...I don't know...carefree, in a way. My posts were super short most of the time and consisted of things about my family, friends (including those at my old school), and my blon'de moments. (Okkkay...so maybe it's not all that different! ;~))Also, there was this hilarious post that David Pulliam wrote when I gave him my password to do something to my blog. I remember being so mad when he first did it, and now I just think it's really funny. Also, there was the time when Mary Ray (under the influence of Hannah) changed my username and password so I couldn't get on my blog and posted that "I" thought that "The Passion of the Christ" was the greatest movie ever and took back everything I'd ever said against it (or something like that). Now that made me REALLY mad! Again, though, I just laugh thinking about it. So, if you ever want a laugh, go look at my old posts. I was such a dork! :-P The other night, I went in my room and started listening to my Judy Rogers CD. Who else used to listen to that when they were little?! It was so fun listening to it again! (Call me weird, but I still like it!) One of the songs is called "What Will You Say Today?" It is meant for younger children, but it is still very thought-provoking for anyone. It talks about the verse in Proverbs that says the tongue is like a fire and can either build up or destroy. I wish I could get it on here so I could play it on my blog, but I don't know how. If any of you still have the CD from when you were younger, listen to it sometime! Here is a picture of our group in Southfield, MI for Fall Ministry. I tried to put more on here, but my computer is being slow. ![]() Top to bottom, Left to Right: Flo, Christy, Libby, David, Luke, Cathy, Noah, Luke Beth, Me, Jason, Ken Quote of the post: "Getting an inch of snow is like winning 10 cents at the lottery." --Calvin (from "Calvin and Hobbes") Verse of the post: “...Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you." --Jeremiah 31:3 Song of the post: "Island in the Sun" --Weezer By the way, if anyone has a suggestion for some good songs, let me know.
