I just finished moving all of my belongings upstairs to Benjamin's room. No, silly, we're not sharing a room! We're only switching. I know, I know, how weird is that - moving to a different room shortly before we're planning on moving out of the house! There is a logical explanation, I promise. ;-) See, Allen and Zachary (Benjamin shared a room with Zachary) used to live up in those two rooms. But, since they've moved out, Maria has moved up to Allen's room. Now, that normally wouldn't require another move, but you have to understand what our upstairs is like. Neither room up there has a door, so there isn't a ton of privacy. Therefore, my dad didn't think it would be absolutely appropriate for a boy and a gi'rl to be living up there at the same time. I wasn't thrilled at all at first at the prospect of leaving my room - I had it just the way I wanted it (with my many belongings), and I didn't want to go up to the rather gloomy boy's room. (Seriously...you should have seen it when they lived there.) But, now that I am completely finished and have transformed the room, I kind of like it. :-) It's sort of exciting, in a way, to move to a new place...as long as I can keep most of my old stuff. That probably won't happen in the next move I make, but I'm content for now. SHOUT OUT TO THE BEST SISTER IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD: TAMARA ROSE!!!!! I totally couldn't have done this all without her. She did whatever I asked, and was there helping me almost the entire 4+ hours! My other siblings helped a little bit, so I should thank them, as well. Now what I want to do is have a bunch of people over to see and use my new room! That actually might happen this weekend - Maria and I are hoping to have Cindy and Cathy Mangan over to spend the night tomorrow night. Tomorrow morning, bright and early, I will take on the longest (by far) babysitting job I have ever been offered. I am going to babysit Jayme Hovee from around 7 in the morning, till around 3 in the afternoon. She's one of the most adorable and smart little two-(or isshe three??) year-old's I've ever met, so it shouldn't be too bad at all. And, if I sit her in front of the T.V. for a while (which I'm told she'll want to do anyway), I might be able to get some schoolwork done! I know, I probably sound like an awful babysitter, but what's a gi'rl to do for 8 hours?? :-P I hope you all had a fantastic day today, and I wish you all a goodnight and happy morning! :-) Verse of the post: "Rejoice in the Lord always.
