About Me
My life is not my own, for I belong to Christ.
It is because of God's grace and for His glory that I "live and move and have my being."
I am currently back in Indiana, studying English Education at Purdue University, far from the home I've come to know and love in Victoria, Australia
My family means the world to me.
Living in America and loving in Australia, I am blessed indeed.

Last night was pretty fun. It was kind of awkward, though because I hadn't seen the people from GCA in so long and I sort of felt a little out of place. When I first got there, they acted really excited to see me, but after a while...oh I dunno. I still had a lot of fun! Especially when we (Mary, Mary, Maria, and I) went out to our car! See, it was 12 p.m. and we thought we were going to leave soon. So we told Allen we were going out to the car and he replied, "Ok, I'll be out in a couple minutes." Sooo...a couple phone calls (including one 40 minute one to Laura!! ;-)) later, he finally came out to the car. We got home a little after one and were soo tired we just wanted to go to the basement and go to bed. But, Benjamin and Ben were sleeping down there! My room didn't have enough room at the moment, so we decided on the living room. That didn't last very long because it was soo cold! So finally, we moved to Maria and Tamara's room (and it's not big, either!) We woke up this morning to my dad tearing up our bathroom (seriously).
Just a little bit ago, Mary Hovee had already left, and Allen called from outside and asked if someone could come help him with his snowman. So Mary and I bundeled up a bit, got on these HUGE boots of my brothers, and went out to help him. When we finished, we had about an 8 foot tall snowman. Literally!! We added oranges for eyes and a parsnip (sp?) for a nose. My dad took some pictures, so hopefully I can put them on here sometime.
A little bit later today, Maria and I are going to the Mystery Theater. Fun stuff!! Also, I really need to find out the date for the "Little Women" play because several people want to go to it. We've got our hearts set on a few people definitely coming to watch... ;-)
Hmm...sorry this is a pretty boring post...not much to talk about when you post every single day! :-P Oh well, it's still fun. Hope you all have a great weekend and a blessed Lord's Day tomorrow! Shine for Him! :-D
"You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its
saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer
good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by
men. You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot
be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a
bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light
to everyone in the house."
