I've actually done quite a bit today. At least more than my average Saturday. First I cleaned the bathrooms (blech. Can any job be more disgusting!?). After that I practiced my piano. I have some really cool new Christmas songs which I can't really play very well, but that's alright. Just as long as none of you ask to hear them any time soon (oor ever) I'm happy. :-) Anyways...after that I went to the church and then to Maxine Clark's to rake her yard with youth group people. That was pretty fun except for the fact that al the rakes were really...cruddy (I'm watching my language on this thing. haha just kidding.) and they gave me blisters (sort of) and the guys were soo just standing around while most of the gi'rls raked our little hearts out! And then we went in jumped into their humongo pile, so that made up for it. After that was over, Heather invited me over to the Hanchetts and we cleaned their house. Then Mrs. Hanchett took me home...and I barely got her here! So that is about the extent of my productiveness, but I am planning on learning some verses and possible working on some algebra later. Blo'ndes Take this poll..please.. Fall Fun Night Last night we had our church's fall fun night. I thought it turned out pretty well and I had a lot of fun. I'll try and see if I can post a picture of me in my costume. Emily Sturm said she liked my outfit the best (aww I feel so special) but our booth only got like three votes. Joe Ray and Daniel Dart got the most votes for their "Mad Scientist" booth. I must admit it was very cool, even if I didn't vote for it. The best part about the whole thing was when we got all the extra candy!! Oh and on the way home Allen told us this funny story.. Rebekah Ray: I think we should have everyone for the Christmas party wear dress attire. Mr. Cerbus: Now why would we tell people to dress a tire?? Ohh man, it was last and we were hyper. So naturally, we laughed over it a lot. Well, I better go finish my productive day. ;-D Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Verse of the Day: "No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you." ~John 15:15~ Song of the Day: "She Will Be Loved" ~Maroon 5~ (Ugh, I can't get it on my blog at the moment cuz my computer is being dumb!!) Quote of the Day: "Yesterday is history, tommorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift: thats why they call it the present." ~Unknown~ Charity | 8:44 am Comments-[ comments.] |
