Yesterday on the way to the movie, Mary and I were talking about the whole scheme to paint the White House orange. It went something like this:
Mary: I liked David's idea.
Me: Whhhaattt??? No way!!!
Mary: Haha, it was funny!
Me: Noooooooooo!!!
Mary: Well, we still need someone to run for president.
Me: I will do that!
Mary: Well, I think Anna or David are our best bet cuz Hannah won't vote for either of us.
Me: What about the time machine thing?
Mary: It wouldn't work to go back in time cuz you can't change the past.
Me: So much for my idea!
So, we're back where we started. I say we just make good friends with President Bush and have him paint it orange, but Mary insists on doing it the difficult way. *sigh* I give up. :)
